These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations, stays and agreements between Camping B&B Warnstee (hereinafter: the campsite) and guests using our camping pitches, log cabin, B&B or holiday home.
Reservation and payment
- A reservation is only final after receiving the confirmation email
- The deposit must be paid at least 30 days before arrival .
Cancellation
- Cancellations can be made by phone or email
- Cancellation camping:
- If you cancel up to 14 days before the arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee of €20.
- Cancellation within 7 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100 per cent of the total accommodation costs will be charged.
- Cancellation Bed and breakfast B&B:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date is free of charge.
- For cancellation within 48 hours before arrival, 75% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Cancellation Luxury Log Cabin:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.
- Cancellation Holiday flat:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date forfeits the €250 deposit.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in is possible from:
Camping: 13:00, Bed and Breakfast, luxury log cabin or holiday cottage: 15:00 - Check-out should be done before:
- Camping: 12:00, Bed and Breakfast: 11:00, luxury log cabin or holiday home: 10:00
- In case of late check-out, an extra day may be charged.
Use of accommodation
- The accommodation may only be used for recreational stay.
- It is not allowed to stay with more persons than the maximum allowed.
- The tenant is responsible for leaving the accommodation tidy.
Pets
Pets are allowed only if agreed in advance. The campsite may set additional rules/fees.
Liability
- The campsite is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ property.
- Guests are liable for damage to campsite property caused by themselves or their fellow travellers.
Nuisance and behaviour
- Guests must adhere to rest times and campsite regulations. Rest periods are between 11pm to 8am.
- In case of serious nuisance or misbehaviour, the campsite reserves the right to remove guests without refund.
Pregnancy
The campsite is not liable for damages or costs due to force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government measures.
Complaints
Complaints should be reported to one of the owners immediately during the stay so that we can provide an appropriate solution.
