Most beautiful church in Gelderland – Vierakker 3 km from the campsite
.“In the middle of the beautiful nature of the Suideras estate lies the Vierakkerse St Willibrorduskerk. Apart from its stunning location, this church is praised for its interior. The church was built in 1870. Apart from a few embellishments, little has changed since then. It is not for nothing that St. Willibrordus is said to have “the best preserved authentic interior of a village church of that time”. This wonderful compliment can be read in a valuation report by the Church Art Property Foundation. If you want to know what a 19th century neo-Gothic church looked like, you really should come to Vierakker! Check out the agenda on our website.”
